Refunds:


You have 3 calendar days from the date that you received your order to notify us that an item or items that you purchased from our online store warrant a refund. Please contact us by giving us a call at (830) 521-3337.


To be eligible for a refund, your item or items must be damaged, defective, inedible or have some other defect or quality loss that warrants a refund.  You must provide us with a photo of the item unused and in the same condition that you received it, and you must be able to provide proof of purchase.


If a refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card for the amount of the item or items that you are being refunded for, as well as the amount of the associated shipping cost.

 

You will receive the credit within 45 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
