Primo Processing - Terms and Conditions
1. Meat Quality: Primo Processing shall not be held responsible for
any spoiled meat delivered by customers or by ranches / outfitters
representing customers or ranches. It is the sole responsibility of
the customer to ensure that the meat provided is in proper
condition. Primo Processing reserves the right to refuse
acceptance of any spoiled meat.
2. Foreign Materials: Primo Processing shall not be liable for the
presence of any foreign materials within the meat, including but not
limited to bullets, bullet fragments, arrow parts or pieces,
broadheads, blades, bone fragments from harvest or any other
materials, whether known or unknown to the customer.
3. Meat Disposal: Any meat deemed unfit for consumption due to
factors such as bullet damage, blood shock , hair, dirt, or entrails
materials shall be disposed of by Primo Processing.
4. Payment and Pickup/Shipping: Full Payment for orders must be
received prior to pickup or shipping. Customers are required to pick
up or arrange for shipping of their orders within 7 working days of
notification. Failure to do so will result in a storage fee of $5.00 per
box per day. After 14 Business days, unclaimed orders shall
become the property of Primo Processing LLC.
5. Personal Property: Primo Processing shall not be held responsible
for any personal property left at the facility, including but not limited
to ice chests, antlers, or hides.
6. Pricing: all prices are subject to change without prior notice.
7. Meat Wastage: TPWD routinely inspects Primo Processing game
coolers and freezers. Whether an animal has been processed or
hanging in the cooler. If the customer has not responded to contact
for cut sheet instruction or pick up of finished goods within 30 days
the Game Warden has and will fine the customer for meat
wastage. Primo takes no responsibility in this occurrence.
8. By engaging the services of Primo Processing, customers
acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Primo Processing - Taxidermy Terms & Conditions
1. Primo Processing is not responsible for any taxidermy services.
Primo Processing offers the paid services of skinning the harvested
animals only.
2. Primo Processing DOES NOT serve as a layover point or hold ANY
taxidermy unless Primo’s has skinned the harvest themselves.
3. Customers who have a skinned hide separate from their meat
harvest must take their skinned hide with them. Primo Processing
will not hold the taxidermy for when the processing is done.
4. Any animals skinned by Primo’s must be picked up within 10 days by
the customer or customers designated taxidermist. It is the
customer's responsibility to inform their taxidermist about location for
pickup.
5. IT IS NOT PRIMOS RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT
CUSTOMER’S TAXIDERMIST.
6. Taxidermy will be billed at $5.00 per day after the 10 working days
following the receipt and skinning of the animal.
7. Primo Processing WILL NOT release taxidermy until payment is
made for any accrued storage fees.
8. Primo WILL ONLY HOLD TAXIDERMY CONNECTED TO MEAT
PROCESSING, AND THAT TAXIDERMY MUST BE DESIGNATED
TO A SPECIFIC TAXIDERMIST.
9. After 30 days Primo Processing will discard Taxidermy if not picked
up. Primo’s is not a storage facility for customers taxidermy or
taxidermist.
10. By engaging with Primo Processing’s services, customers
acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
Primo Processing - Payment/ deposit Terms and Conditions
1. DEPOSIT REQUIRED: DEPOSIT SUM IS CALCULATED BY
MEANS OF ALL KNOWN BILLABLE ITEMS. THAT IS RAIL
WEIGHT AND ANY OTHER KNOWN BILLABLE ITEMS WE ARE
ABLE TO IDENTIFY ON THE ORDER E.G. 20lbs SmokeLink J+C.
2. ALL UNKNOWNS will be collected at the end of processing. E.G.
REST into hamburger with 20% beef fat, or bacon wrapped
backstrap steaks, or 1⁄3 of animal into SmokeLink. — We have to
fabricate this before we have a tangible billable weight to bill you.
Primo Processing - Shipping Terms and Conditions
1. Primo Processing is NOT RESPONSIBLE for shipping once it
leaves Primo Processing LLC property and it NOT RESPONSIBLE
for any issues that happen to that order in transit.
2. Primo Processing offers some of the most competitive rates on
shipping processing throughout the United States.
3. Primo uses UPS and Frozen Food Freight services.
4. Primo Processing ONLY ships Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
OVERNIGHT seldom 2ND DAY AIR.
5. Primo Processing reserves the right to hold shipment for any
reason.
6. Primo Processing does not ship over holidays or festive times that
would increase the potential of delay of product reaching
destination.
7. Primo Processing will charge storage fees to any customer that
does not respond within 7 working days of notification that the
order is ready to ship. Storage is billed @ $5.00 per box per day.
